New Pickup Location for Interlibrary Loan Materials

Beginning on Monday, September 8, all interlibrary loans in the MacKimmie Library will be available for pick up at the MacKimmie Library Circulation Desk on the first floor. This change extends the hours during which interlibrary loans can be picked up to all hours that the MacKimmie Circulation Desk is open. (See Circulation Desk Hours:

If library users have questions about the status of interlibrary loans, they should continue to phone 403-220-5967 or come to the Document Delivery Services Office on the 2nd floor of the Library Tower (MLT 213) to consult with DDS Staff. Their hours are 9AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

ILL book returns can be returned to either the MacKimmie Circulation Desk on the first floor or to the Document Delivery Services book drop on the second floor of the Library Tower.
