Monica Pidgeon of Pidgeon Digital

Pidgeon Digital announced that Monica Pidgeon, founder of Pidgeon Digital passed away September 17. Her 95 years are a wonderful record of Architecture in the 20th and early 21st centuries, and many tributes have been made in the press, including The Times -- see http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/comment/obituaries/article6844751.ece – The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, The Architects’ Journal, Building Design and many others.

There is to be a Memorial Service at the Architectural Association in London on November 23rd. Details are to be found at http://www.aaschool.ac.uk/PUBLIC/eventsDiary.aspx?eventCommand=year&eventAttribute=Forthcoming, on page 2. Also AA radio at aair.fmis planning to do a programme on the event.

We're excited to introduce you to Summon, a discovery tool that allows you to search across all the collections of Libraries and Cultural Resources (Library, Archives, Museum) along with scholarly material from thousands of publishers.
